I poured water into a bottle, added a little soap, and shook it. Then I photographed the bubbles up close. I was interested in how they pressed against each other, forming small, uneven shapes with thin edges.
As I played with the lighting, the edges caught the light while deep, dark areas remained between them. Small touches of colour appeared too. The shapes kept changing: some bubbles joined together, others disappeared, and a new pattern formed in front of the camera.
I enjoyed watching this slow movement. By the time I found a detail I liked, it had often changed already. This photo keeps one moment when the fine lines still held this small, fragile world together.
